Let’s get straight to business and talk about my wedding dress, which I LOVED. I could harp on about this glitzy bad boy forever.
I figured, nearly three months later, it was about time I pulled some wedding posts together as I have so much I want to share. From the all-important outfits to advice I’d give future brides but for now, a selection of my favourite photos from the day itself. Because as cheesy as it sounds, it really was the best day ever.
Yup, you read that correctly. As of the 7th September, (so tomorrow really but I didn’t want to mess with my Want it on Wednesday post, because, animal print!) I have precisely one year until I say those magical words and get to marry my dreamboat of a fiancé. What the hell have I got myself in to…
I’ve a very strong feeling that I’m quickly becoming one of those brides-to-be who does nothing but wang on about the boring, minute details of her upcoming wedding. I’ve been thinking a lot about wedding dresses and will do anything in my power to not have to go to an actual bridal shop. In fact I’ve stopped looking for traditional dresses and moved onto floaty affairs from Net-a-Porter and even all-white jumpsuits. And I’m hooked.
When planning a Caribbean wedding it’s essential that you have a pair of chic sunnies – before you have an actual wedding date – and now I do. Ta Chezza. These ones just happen to be by one of my faves, House of Holland. Woot, woot!
